I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was excellent. The location was comfortable, the staff was competent. Enjoyed delicious and satisfactory breakfast and had a very good stay overall during a business trip.

Clean hotel in a nice building not far from Raleigh for 1 night, and California. Marvellous and perfect location close to everything with parking if needed. For tea or coffee visit Gloria Jean's Coffee nearby.

Comfortable beds, iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed all in this place. Plus, there are some really nice views to enjoy 👍.

Room and bathroom were spacious and beautiful, recently renovated.

I booked (non-cancellation) with confidence. I knew that construction was underway and didn't mind because the location was good and airport transportation was included. When I called 2 days before to find out about pick-up at the airport, I was told "we don't have airport transportation." It was too late to find another hotel and my res. was "no cancellation." Other smaller inconveniences: room key didn't work and I had to wait for another room, bedside lamp didn't work, breakfast space was terrible due to construction, other aspects of construction worse than I'd imagined.

The room was clean and decorated nicely but that was it.

The staff were very rude and cared little for our complaints and laughed them off. Gave me the wrong room and then lied to my face that they charged me correctly and even ended up charging me three different times then denying it! Under construction also and it was so messy and dirty with no hot water!

Everything was super clean, and the staff knew what they were doing and were really nice. The location was great - very central. It only took us 23 minutes to get to the airport by car. The service was solid, just as we had hoped for! 💫

The hotel was under renovations and there was no prior mention of this. Due to the condition of the public areas, and closed resturant, price should have been discounted.

The breakfast is delicious and good and the staff is courteous. Impressiveroom with a nice view as well as good bedding as advertised:)))

In my room, I could control the temperature, watch TV with lots of channels, and make tea or coffee whenever I wanted. 📺

Room recently refurbished so really good

Everything as building work starts at 7.30am dust every where no facilities open for health & safety this hotel should not be open. Workmen everywhere can't get in lifts etc

Elevator too slow and infrequent.
